I have created two leagues, and see both in League Manager. But I only see one for game options or team options for league???

Make sure any leagues you want to assign to Games or Teams are currently enabled in League Manager. Any enabled league should be available to assign to Games, Teams, or Players.

I have two leagues under League Manager:

Scrimmages
Varsity

I see green check marks on the right of each

If I edit either one I see Active ON

But I can not choose any league but scrimmages for teams or games?

If you can export your database (Options->Export) and email us your customer ID (bottom left of options menu), we can take a look at your data to see what may be causing the issue.
